I enjoyed every minute of being Lay Director during this fall season. I am still humbled by the whole experience. I am always in awe of how God works through each of us during these weekends. It’s always amazing to see the whole community come together and bring snacks, serve meals, and help agape. We couldn’t do anything without the prayers from the community. Thank you to all who participated in any way to show the love of Christ to our guests.
God reminded me during this weekend that He is a God of details, and He beautifully orchestrated every last second of this weekend. He beautifully arranged each table and placed each team member right where they needed to be. He never ceases to amaze me with His attention to detail. I am overwhelmed by the love Christ shows me each time I get to serve on one of His teams. I pray I get the opportunity to continue to serve Him through this community. I am thankful for the opportunity to serve and I pray the Kingdom continues to be eternally impacted through the work of the Great Banquet.
